Blue42 is powered by a team of global innovators who bring deep, hands-on experience across entrepreneurship, technology, and creative ecosystems. Together, Meg, Amy, Sam, and Sergiu combine decades of building and running successful accelerators, advising startups and corporations, and developing ventures that span continents and industries. This rare blend of operational expertise, strategic insight, and a vast, engaged network enables Blue42 to design and deliver programs that align with the speed and impact of global innovation.

DISCOVER
Ideate: Vision Creation
The Blue42 team engages all stakeholders in a unique series of ideation, challenge discovery, future visioning and design thinking in order to distill a vision for the Innovation Lab.
Output: Program outline, approach and measurable goals crystallized

DESIGN
Co-Create: The Innovation Lab
The Blue42 team introduces partner teams to proven frameworks to inspire a thriving innovation ecosystem. We seed an innovative mindset and deepen innovation pathways for program participants and leaders.
Output: Identify and evaluate high-value solutions and startups that can scale and have broad impact.
(6-12 weeks)
DEPLOY
Build: The Venture Studio
Our team executes on the co-created innovation program in collaboration with program leaders and teams. For all participants, we provide coaching to build towards MVP and beyond, access to our mentor and investment networks, pitch competitions and showcases. For program leaders and faculty, we provide the frameworks to expand the program beyond this first year.
Output: Viable solutions and startups deployed internally and/or selling in-market
